seekerRuth Ann AKA Maria del Carmen was allegedly with Malcolm Wallace and Loy Factor on the 6th floor. This is according to the book 'The Men On The Sixth Floor' by Glen Sample. She did work in Mexico City when Oswald was supposed to be there. Photos of her are very hard to come by.
