This is Wesley Buell Frazier as he looked like in 1964, this image is taken from the documentary "Four Days in November"... Enjoy!

P.S.: Frazier was a co-worker who gave a ride to Oswald from Irving, Texas to the TSBD on the morning of november 22nd...
