D'après l'ancien agent de la CIA, Robert Morrow qui a écrit en 1992 "First Hand Knowledge - How I participated in the CIA-Mafia Murder of President Kennedy", Del Valle lui aurait demandé de lui procurer des émetteurs-transmetteurs et de les remettre, avec des fusils, à David Ferrie:

Del Valle then requested that I deliver the transceivers and the rifles to David Ferrie. I was surprised by Ferrie's involvement in the transaction. Barnes, in our previous conversation, had neither informed me that the rifles were being made for Clay Shaw in New Orleans nor that David Ferrie would be the person responsible for picking them up once I had completed the required alterations. Del Valle explained to me that the rifles and communications equipment were for his Free Cuba Committee, and that Clay and Ferrie were assisting him in the operation. I assured him that the equipment would be ready on time as I would immediately order the Motorola-made special transceiver units. Motorola was manufacturing the units for railroad communications equipment; they were relatively easy to secure."

En attendant, expliquez-nous comment la Police de Miami a pu faire un lien avec Garrison alors que Del Valle est mort le même jour que Ferrie et que l'inculpation de Shaw n'était pas encore rendue publique ....

The Diario Las Americas, Miami Spanish language publication, contained article on two twentyfive, last entitled
Eladio Ceferino del Valle, Ex-Cuban Congressman Murdered. This article related that del Valle was found dead in his car early on morning of two twentyfive, last. The car was parked in the lot of the Commercial Plaza Shopping Center, Miami. He had been beaten and shot. According to article, police investigators said del Valle was involved with gambling in Miami. Article also quoted investigators as thinking del Valle was associated with Santos Traficante, underworld figure and they feel motive for the murder may have been theft, personal vengeance, or political problems among the exiles. Del Valle's pockets had been turned inside out which police believe might indicate theft. According to police, he generally carried between one hundred and two hundred dollars. His body was found on the floor of the back seat of his nineteen sixtysix red Cadillac convertible.

Del Valle is subject of bufile one zero zero dash three seven eight five four one, MM file two dash three seven nine. As bureau is aware, del Valle has been involved in illegal activities in the past, including drug operations....

They supposedly were Cubans from the old Trafficante organization. Working with Cuban intelligence, they allegedly lined up an exMarine sharpshooter, Lee Harvey Oswald, who had been active in the pro-Castro movement. According to Roselli's version, Oswald may have shot Kennedy or may have acted as a decoy while others ambushed him from closer range. When Oswald was picked up, Roselli suggested the underworld conspirators feared he would crack and disclose information that might lead to them. This almost certainly would have brought a massive U.S. crackdown on the Mafia. So Jack Ruby was ordered to eliminate Oswald making it appear as an act of reprisal against the President's killer. At least this is how Roselli explained the tragedy in Dallas. Mr. Trafficante, do you have any knowledge of that?

Yito del valle était le second sniper au 5ème étage.Est-ce que Robert Morrow aurait volontairement donné à Orlando Bosch Avila (le complice d'Umbrellaman) un émetteur-récepteur aussi détectable? je pense que oui...pour une raison qui peut être que celui-ci prévienne bien les ou (l')équipe du grassy knoll qu'ils pouvaient dégager car des policiers et bcp de témoins arrivaient vers eux...mais que O. Bosch soit vu de tous et notamment des policiers non impliqués ds l'assassinat et donc d'être entendu voire tué s'il parlait. Car des appareillages d'écoute et de transmission existaient déja ds ds tailles plus réduites.
