C'est Tam alias Bruno, si ma mémoire est bonne. Mais je me souvenais surtout de toi pour ton sacerdoce envers la thèse warreniste. Mais j'ai fait un imper en créant un sujet sur ton nom.
Milles excuses, ce n'était pas mon intention.
Peut être Tam pourrait-il le supprimer.

Teigne warrenisteCe serait plutôt à vous de justifier vos affirmations, CE 399 n'était pas une balle "magique" et sa trajectoire n'a rien d'extraordinaire, c'est normal qu'une balle perde de sa stabilité après avoir traverser quelque chose...

Teigne warrenisteLa balistique n'est pas une science exacte, il est difficile de prévoir d'avance ce que va faire une balle... surtout quand elle n'est plus stable.

Une chose est sûre, la balle qui a frappé le Gouverneur Connally n'était pas "pristine" et stable... elle avait traversé quelque chose avant...

Ah, que voilà une autre légende urbaine !

La blessure au poignet droit du gouverneur consiste en ceci : radius brisé, tendon menant au pouce coupé, nerf radial endommagé. Les contestataires du rapport Warren ont fait remarquer que, le nerf radial étant endommagé, Connally ne pouvait se servir de sa main, et avait donc du lâcher le chapeau texan qu'il tenait dans ladite main. Or, il le tient une à deux secondes après que Kennedy réagit à sa blessure : par conséquent, Connally ne peut avoir été touché par une même balle. Parce que si l'on peut réagit à retardement à une blessure, les nerfs, eux, réagissent immédiatement. Cette thèse est notamment défendue par le célèbre médecin légiste Cyril Wecht, dans son livre Cause of Death :

"Furthermore, in frame 230 of the Zapruder film, Governor Conally's right wrist and hand are clearly visible. Each finger is easily identifiable as he holds his large white Stetson hat. However, the Warren Commission's reconstruction of the events states that more than a second before this frame, the magic bullet had already shattered his wrist and severed the radial nerve. This is one of the nerves that enables the thumb and index finger to grasp objects. Yet in the film he sits there with absolutely no evidence of pain on his face and his hand firmly gripping his hat, clearly visible to the spectators who lined the streets."

Wecht défendait déjà cette thèse face au HSCA :

Mr. Purdy. - Dr. Wecht, in your opinion, could Governor Connally have incurred the damage to his wrist which is described in the medical reports and still be holding the hat as shown in this photograph?

Dr. Wecht. - No; absolutely not. In F-245, which is a blowup of Zapruder frame 230, we are told under the single bullet theory that Gov. John Connally, for a period of approximately one and a half seconds, has already been shot through the right chest with the right lung pierced and collapsed, through the right wrist, with the distal end of the radius comminuted and the radial nerve partially severed.

I heard some vague reference to a nerve in the prior testimony, but I didn't hear the followthrough discussion that I was waiting for about nerve damage. There was nerve damage, yes, to the radial nerve. And the thumb which holds this large Texas white Stetson that is required for it to be in apposition with the index or index and middle fingers to hold that hat is innervated by the radial nerve. Note in F-245 that the hat is still being held and Governor Connally is not reacting.

This is again a very alert individual, under a very special circumstance, and I do not believe or accept for one moment the story that we must accept under the single bullet theory that this gentlemen, at this point, one and a half seconds previously, has already been shot through his chest, through his wrist, and into his left thigh.

Or il semble que Wecht se soit trompé (!). Ce n'est pas le nerf radial en lui-même qui aurait été sectionné, mais une branche superficielle dudit nerf, qui ne commande pas les doigts de la main droite.

Confirmation par le Dr Gregory, qui a accompli l'autopsie de Connally :

"In view of the urgency of the Governor's original chest injury it was impossible to definitely ascertain the status of the circulation and the nerve supply to the hand and wrist on the right side. Accordingly, it was determined as best we could at the time of operation and the radial artery was found to be intac and pulsating normally. The integrity of the median nerve and the ulnar nerve is not clearly established but it is presumed to be present.

Et devant la Commission Warren :

Mr. Specter. - Have you now described all of the characteristics on the Governor's wrist which indicate either the point of entry or the point of exit?

Dr. Gregory. - There is one additional piece of information that is of pertinence but I don't know how effectively it can be applied to the nature of the missile. That is the fact that dorsal branch of the radial nerve, a sensory nerve in this immediate vicinity was partially transected together with one tendon leading to the thumb, which was totally transected.

Seul le pouce aurait été hors d'état de jouer son rôle, si je comprends bien. J'ai revisionné le film de Zapruder : je crois bien qu'à aucun instant Connally ne laisse tomber son chapeau, non ? D'ailleurs, il semble bien qu'il l'avait en main à son arrivée à l'hôpital Parkland, si l'on interprète en ce sens les propos de Nellie Connally, son épouse :

bob kennedyExact ! Connaly a toujours soutenu avoir été touché par une autre balle que celle qui a touché le Président. Ce qui est vrai : le HSCA a admis qu'il y avait eu complot et qu'une quatrième balle et peu-être plus avait été tiré depuis le Grassy Knoll. Toutefois, il a dit que le itreur du terre-plein n'avait touché personne. Mais ce la ne trompe personne, pas même Connaly. ;-)
