Richard Randolph Carr

A witness of John F. Kennedy's assassination whose statement is confirmed by those of Roger D. Craig, Carolyn Walthers and James R. Worrell.

He said he saw a man at the TSBD's 6th floor, who later fled the area towards Commerce St and got on a gray 1961 or 1962 Rambler driven by a young black man.

Carr has often received threats and escaped murder attempts, especially before he testified at Clay Shaw's trial or before the HSCA.
